- EMI Scheme is available only in Bangalore. For the rest of country we can consider application on case by case basis
- The company reserves rights to refuse the EMI application without giving any explanation or reason whatsoever
- Without the above mentions documents we can't proceed with application
- There will be Rs. 1000/- penalty for every cheque bounced
- You need to make sure that you have sufficient fund in your bank account at the time of EMI payment.
- We normally send reminder before we deposit cheques, however this should not be taken an obligation and it is your responsibility to make sure that there is sufficient fund available in your bank account at the time of EMI payment date.
- In case of second default in payment of the instalment, the Company is entitled to collect the remaining amount of the product in cash within one week of notice. Or, the purchaser/ hirer has to return the product by visiting the office of the Company (in such case refund of the amount already paid shall not be given by the Company); Or, the Company is entitled to take legal action by filing a case under Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (Section 138) which may result in imprisonment or penalty or both. In such cases all the cost of filing cases has to be borne by customer.
